Being pregnant isn’t easy. Your hormones go crazy, you gain unwanted weight, weird skin ailments pop up and in general, I only know a handful of girls who actually enjoy it. The one thing that kept me sane through both my pregnancies was regular exercise. This resulted in less back pain, more energy, a better body image and enabled me to bounce back to my pre-pregnancy shape a lot faster.

They will strengthen your whole body & are perfect to do at home. The only equipment required is a set of 2kg dumbbells.
