FitSW makes creating workouts for my clients as easy and pain-free as possible. FitSW allows me to create workouts, enter in weights, repetitions, and workout notes for my clients. When I update a workout for a client, the client's workout is immediately updated as well so my clients can remain as up to date with my workout plan as possible.
